Warner Robins Alumnae Chapter Economic Development Committee held a Financial Fortitude event held November, 21 at 1:00 P.M. The “Homebuyer Education” webinar helps members of our community prepare to purchase a home. This webinar covered the initial home buying process from credit scores and pre-approvals by Realtor Ryan Durham of Keller Williams Middle, GA. Loan officer Monica De Ruyter of Network Funding, LP discussed different financing options and requirements to purchase a home. We closed with Attorney LaRhonda Patrick of Williams Patrick Law, LLC who discussed the closing process.
