Financial Fortitude Workshop: Homebuyers Education

Warner Robins Alumnae Chapter Economic Development Committee held a Financial Fortitude event held ‪November, 21 at 1:00 P.M.‬ The “Homebuyer Education” webinar helps members of our community prepare to purchase a home. This webinar covered the initial home buying process from credit scores and pre-approvals by Realtor Ryan Durham of Keller Williams Middle, GA. Loan officer Monica De Ruyter of Network Funding, LP discussed different financing options and requirements to purchase a home. We closed with Attorney LaRhonda Patrick of Williams Patrick Law, LLC who discussed the closing process.  The Economic Development Committee is committed to sharing resources to help educate, motivate, and support you to make healthy choices to achieve and sustain financial freedom and legacy.
